Hiii! My name is Lottie and I am a 24 year old, fully qualified PT and online coach.
I’ve spent the last 8 years trying all different kinds of workout routines, styles and programmes and have definitely had lots of ups and downs along the way.
From thinking I needed to cut the foods that I loved from my diet to feeling rubbish for not being able to stick to working out long-term, I know how deflated and lost it can all make you feel. I used to look to others and question ‘why me?’ and ‘why can’t I achieve that?’. When really, all along it could be me… just like it can be you.
I now hold it my mission to help other women avoid feeling this way, avoid the cycles I went through and show you that it CAN be you. You really CAN do it.
You don’t need to restrict – you can eat all of your favourite foods and train in a way that you enjoy. As much as I love fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, I also love going out with my friends and enjoying myself! You don’t need to cancel your social life and put your fitness journey over everything else. They can both work together. With the right plan that is tailored and sustainable for you, you can achieve your fitness goals.
